Hello! This Saturday was the London Comic and Small Press Expo. Goldsmiths was packed full of cool stuff and nice people, and hopefully we’ll be featuring some of the best of the show later in the coming weeks. In the mean time, here’s a short photo report on a small fraction of the great artists and creators present, you’ll also be able to find a link to their online presence. It’s not really a definitive report, as I kept forgetting to take pictures and got easily distracted by all the badges (my jacket was covered by the end). ENJOY!

Review: Tom Hunt’s Steeltoecaps

On my many visits to the farthest regions of the internet, sometimes Tron style, I’ve come across many things. Some things are awesome, but most are not as awesome as Tom Hunt’s corner of the internet. Steeltoecaps is an insanely good webcomic including McGuffin and Squiggle Bunny, a series that I’d have wished into existence if I could. A comic that’s somehow halfway between Spongebob Squarepants and Spawn…

This comic literally has EVERYTHING, and the recent cliffhanger it’s been left at is so cool, I’m itching to read the rest. The mix of inane, childish insanity and awesome visuals is definitely a winner.

Tom Hunt will be attending the London Comic and Small Press Expo, and I’m planning on getting as much of his work as I can afford.
